Terms and Conditions Please note that by proceeding with an order, you are accepting the following conditions. Orders will only be accepted from people aged 18 or over. By accepting these conditions you are confirming that you are aged 18 or over. Orders can be delivered to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. If you are wishing us to deliver anywhere else in the world then we can but will need plenty of lead time. Please email us with your enquiry and we will get straight back to you. From time to time we have special offers and product information that we may mail to you. If you do not wish to be mailed please e-mail us and let us know and we will remove your name from our list. Most major credit cards are accepted - if you wish to pay by cheque, then we would be happy to arrange this, but are sadly unable to despatch goods until funds have cleared unless you have a trade account with us. If you do not please email us all your details and we will let you know as soon as possible whether or not we can accept you as a trade customer. You will have to pay for your first order direct and then other orders after that we can give you 30 days. Please check your order carefully before submitting it. While we will obviously be happy to arrange exchanges or replacements on any faulty or broken goods, unfortunately however, we cannot be held responsible for user errors in the ordering process. If you are a trade customer a deposit of 25% of the total invoice is due upon confirmation of an order.  The remainder is payable immediately prior to delivery.  If you wish to set an account up then please contact us. The goods remain the property of CCTC Ltd until the invoice has been paid in full. If you have not paid your full amount by the standard 30 day terms then we can come and collect the items not paid for and we will! If faulty or damaged goods or trees are not reported as such within 24 hours of delivery they will be charged for in full. This is very important and must be adhered to. The Christmas tree Warehouse prides itself on delivering that which has been ordered. Please feel free to email us with any questions about a product on the site. We highly recommend that if you are ordering trees that you come and see them first. We cannot be held responsible, for trees that we have graded by the British Christmas Tree Growers and European standards, for you not agreeing with the class of tree ordered. If there is a dispute we will call in the BCTGA to assess any problem with a class of tree. Christmas Tree Warehouse Ltd  is a bulk order trade site. We do not sell any individual items. Christmas Direct Ltd is a retail site that caters for the domestic market. With some of the products if you do not order enough there is a delivery charge. This willl be made clear to you when we send you an order confirmation. If you are late in paying for any goods then we will charge you 8% above the Natwest Base rate per annum worked out at a daily rate. All products on this site are copyright as per the agreement we have with our suppliers. None of the images or text can be copied. The prices for the trees are based on an order of 1000. These will become more expensive if you order less and cheaper if you order more than the standard 1000.
